Food costs are charged separately, giving you the freedom to choose exactly what ingredients go into your meals. The chef provides most pantry staples, within reason, and you pay for fresh ingredients.

Premium Fresh Service

Meals are prepared over two days each week so nothing is ever frozen.  This service allows much more fresh fish dishes and fresh salads, as well as an expanded choice of entrees that can not withstand freezing.
